1. In a large bowl,add the shredded carrots,raisins and pineapple and then set aside.
2. In another bowl, stir together mayonnaise,sugar and lemon juice.
3. Add this to the carrot and raisin mixture.
4. Toss together until well combined.
5. Serve chilled.
