Ingredients

 Carrots1 1/2 Pound, scraped
 Skim milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 tablespoons Light Fromage Blanc
 Chives2 Teaspoon, minced
 Salt1/85 Teaspoon
 Ground white pepper1 Dash

Directions

Place carrots in a medium saucepan; add water to cover.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until carrots arerender.
Drain.
Place carrots, milk, and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover, and process until smooth.
Return carrot puree to saucepan,- cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
