 Carrots3 , chopped
 Chilly powder1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Lemon1 , juiced
 Salt To Taste
 Seasoning1
 Oil3 Teaspoon
 Mustard seeds1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Fenugreek seeds1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Asafoetida1⁄2 Teaspoon (1 Large Piece)

Directions

1. Place the chopped carrots in a bowl. Put the turmeric and chilly powder in the centre of the pieces.
2. Heat the oil, fry the fenugreek seeds and asafoetida, remove, powder, and set aside.
3. To the same oil add the mustard and when done, pour the hot oil on the chilly-turmeric powders. Add salt, lemon juice and the prepared powders, mix thoroughly and bottle.
