Ingredients

 Carrots6 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups coarsely ground green cabbage
 Green peppers2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green chiles1 Can (10oz), chopped
 Brown sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cider vinegar4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt3 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Celery seed1 Tablespoon

Directions

Grind vegetables using coarse blade of food chopper or food processor.
Combine with chiles and mix well.
In large kettle, combine remaining ingredients, mix well and stir in vegetables.
Heat to boiling and cook 15 minutes.
Stir frequently to prevent sticking and scorching.
Pour into sterilized jars, making sure liquid covers vegetables, and seal.
