Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, mix together the flours, milks powder, baking powder, soda, salt, nutmeg and the cinnamon
2) Using the electric beater, cream together the shortening, sugar, molasses, egg
3) Add in the flour mixture and the egg mixture
4) Stir till well combined
5) Add in the carrots, vanilla and the oats and blend well
6) Onto a greased cookie sheet drop spoonfuls
7) Bake for 12 minutes at 375 F
8) Take out the cookies from the oven and then put onto a wire rack to cool

SERVING
9) Serve the cookies with a pot of tea or coffe or even a glass of milk
