Ingredients

 
Carrot-Lime Tang Soup
 
1 c carrot juice
 
1 red pepper, de-seeded and chopped
 
1/4 c minced cilantro
 
1 Tbsp lime juice
 
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
 
1 tsp oregano
 
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
 
1 avocado, peeled, de–stoned and chopped

Directions

Put all the ingredients except the avocado into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add the avocado and finish blending.
