Carrot Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 750 Gram | |
| 4 cups fat-free milk | ||
| Green cardamoms | 4 , crushed | |
| 1 tbsp white butter | ||
| 1 tsp powdered sugar-free sweetener | ||
| Blanched almonds | 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Decoration | ||
| 6 almonds, blanched and peeled | ||
Directions
Wash carrots, scrape and grate.
Put carrots, milk and cardamoms in a non-stick pan over high heat.
Bring to boil, lower heat and cook, stirring frequently till almost solid.
Add butter and stir till mixture draws away from sides of pan.
Remove from heat and mix in sweetener and chopped almonds.
Transfer to a serving dish and decorate with whole almonds.
Serve at room temperature.
