Carrot Cake Recipe

This is a kick ass Carrot Cake recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. Use the freshest of Vegetable available to get a great Carrot Cake. This Carrot Cake is always a hit as a Snack . There's no point pondering anymore, try out this Carrot Cake right now!

Ingredients

 
3 cup sifted flour
 
2 cup sugar
 
1 tsp. cinnamon
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
2 tsp. vanilla
 
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
 
1 tsp. baking soda
 
3 eggs
 
2 cup grated carrots
 
1 1/2 cup Wesson oil
 
1 small can crushed pineapple

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add carrots, oil, pineapple, eggs (slightly beaten), vanilla, and nuts.
Grease and flour tube pan or 13x9 inch oblong pan.
Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
Best after 3 weeks.
May be frozen.

hi,you havnt mentioned cups in gram,how many grm does a cup make ,do we have to use the same cup for everything. the cup for sugar and flour is different.please specify everything in grm.
