Carrot Cake Recipe
Carrot Cake has a unique taste. Carrot Cake get its taste from flour mixed with eggs and cream. Carrot Cake is inspired by many bakeries worldwide.
Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup raw carrots, grated
Caramel sauce
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup heavy cream
Directions
In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, mix brown sugar, oil and eggs.
Fold in dry ingredients and carrots.
Pour into an un buttered pyrex dish.
Bake in microwave oven 5 minutes on medium, then 2 minutes on high.
Let stand 8 minutes.
Caramel sauce In a microwave safe bowl, mix all ingredients, except cream.
Cook 5 minutes, on high.
Blend in cream.
Pour over cake at once or let cool.
Set aside.
