Carrot Cabbage Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 3-ounce packages lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Sweet pickle relish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water; stir in 1 1/2 cups cold water, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 5 1/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 5 1/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
