Carrot And Sultana Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 6 , grated | |
| 125 g / 4 oz sultanas | ||
| 60 g / 2 oz chopped nuts | ||
| Orange dressing | ||
| 1/4 cup / 60 mL / 2 fl oz orange juice | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Place carrots and sultanas in a serving bowl.
2. To make dressing, place orange juice and honey in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Spoon dressing over carrot mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with nuts, cover and refrigerate until required.
