Carrot And Pineapple Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Pineapple pieces, 1 cup | ||
| Cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Lettuce, 1 head | ||
| French dressing | ||
Directions
Combine cabbage, carrot, pineapple and french dressing in a bowl and toss.
Wash lettuce and separate leaves.
Arrange on a plate.
Place vegetable mixture over the leaves.
Chill and serve.
