Ingredients

 3 brown bread slices
 1 teacup grated carrot
 Paneer50 Gram, grated
 Tomato1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Green chilli1/4 Teaspoon, chopped
 Coriander1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Butter1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Mix the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chilli, coriander, butter and salt. Divide into three.
3. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast. Heat in an oven for a few minutes.
