Carrot And Paneer Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 brown bread slices | ||
| 1 teacup grated carrot | ||
| Paneer | 50 Gram, grated | |
| Tomato | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Green chilli | 1/4 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Coriander | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Mix the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chilli, coriander, butter and salt. Divide into three.
3. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast. Heat in an oven for a few minutes.
