 Plain yogurt1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Dijon mustard2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), minced
 Kosher salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Carrots6 , shredded to make 2 cups
 Celery stalks2 , thinly sliced to make 1 cup
 Fresh chives1 Tablespoon, chopped
