4 cups milk
6 drops peppermint oil

Directions
Soak the carrageen in cold water for 15 minutes until soft.
Rinse well.
Boil it with the milk and salt until the liquid is thick and creamy.
Add the sugar, peppermint oil, and coloring.
Strain to remove carrageen and discard.
Leave to set.
