Ingredients

 Oysters1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mushrooms1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Bacon Slices2
 Blue cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
 Sauterne or other dry white wine - 2 tablespoons
 Boneless sirloin strip steak - 1 (3/4-pound)

Directions

MAKING
1 In a skillet, melt butter.
2 Saute oysters, mushrooms, and parsley until the mushrooms are tender.
3 Drain well.
4 Stir in the bacon, cheese, and Sauterne.
5 Keep aside.
6 Using a knife, create a pocket in side of steak.
7 Stuff the oyster mixture in the pocket.
8 Secure with wooden picks.
9 Broil the steaks about 6 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.

SERVING
10 Serve hot.
