Carpaccio Recipe
Awesome!!!! This recipe of Carpacio is just out of this world. A good way to use up Beef is to make some delicious Carpacio. This is the most comforting Appetizer recipe I have come across. Tell me how you enjoyed my Carpacio. Feedback helps to keep me going and experimenting more.
Ingredients
1 lb rib steak, prepared, minced
1 tbsp pepper, coarsely ground
1 tbsp dill
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp hot mustard
1 tbsp Meaux or old fashioned mustard
Directions
On 4 individual plates, spread beef slices as much as possible.
Sprinkle with pep per, dill and sea salt.
Press seasonings into meat.
Seal each plate with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, blend remaining ingredients.
Set aside at room temperature.
Remove beef slices from refrigerator.
Spoon mayonnaise on top.
