|Whole wheat spaghetti||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ripe tomatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, chopped|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Soy bacon bits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Parmesan And/Or Romano)|

Saute onion in olive oil until transparent.
Stir in tomatoes, marjoram, and pepper.
Simmer briskly, stirring regularly, for about 10 minutes until spaghetti is tender.
Add "bacon" bits to tomato sauce; taste, and correct seasonings.
Pour sacue over spaghetti, sprinkle on grated cheese, and serve immediately.
