Combine sugar and cocoa.
Add milk and margarine and bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Continue boiling for 1 1/2 min.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and mix.
Add vanilla and quick oats.
Stir until well mixed.
Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper and allow to set.
