Carob Pudding Or Pie Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Soften | ||
| Unflavored gelatin | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heat to dissolve thoroughly. | ||
| Mix in a blender until smooth | ||
| Tofu | 1 Pound | |
| 1 CUP LIGHT MOLASSES OR 3/4 CUP LIGHT MOLASSES AND 2 TBS. HONEY | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carob powder | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whip in a large bowl until stiff | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Pint (THE GELATIN MIXTURE) | |
Directions
Gently fold the blended ingredients into the whipped cream. Turn into a pudding mold or 2 baked 9" pie shells. Chill overnight.
