Ingredients

 Soften
 Unflavored gelatin2 Tablespoon
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Heat to dissolve thoroughly.
 Mix in a blender until smooth
 Tofu1 Pound
 1 CUP LIGHT MOLASSES OR 3/4 CUP LIGHT MOLASSES AND 2 TBS. HONEY
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carob powder3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Vanilla1/2 Teaspoon
 Whip in a large bowl until stiff
 Whipping cream1/2 Pint (THE GELATIN MIXTURE)

Directions

Gently fold the blended ingredients into the whipped cream. Turn into a pudding mold or 2 baked 9" pie shells. Chill overnight.
