Carob Fudge Recipe
This carob fudge is a delicious fudge recipe made with carob powder. Flavored with a dash of vanilla and added sunflower nuts, the carob fudge is chilled till firm.
Ingredients
| 11/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carob powder | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup chopped sunflower nuts | ||
Directions
In a small mixer bowl beat together the milk powder and butter or margarine till mixture is crumbly.
Add the carob powder, honey, and vanilla; beat till almost smooth.
Knead in sunflower nuts till fudge is shiny.
Shape mixture into two 10 inch long rolls.
Wrap in clear plastic wrap.
Chill till firm.
