Carob Wisps Recipe

Ingredients

 
3/4 cup honey
 
1/2 cup carob powder
 
1/2 cup milk
 
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 cup butter
 
3 cups rolled oats

Directions

In a saucepan, combine honey, carob, milk, vanilla, salt, and butter.
Boil for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add oats and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper and let cool.
No baking this is a quickie.
