Carob Wafers Recipe
Ingredients
| Honey | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warmed | |
| Oil | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Carob | 3 Tablespoon (basic syrup) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Vanilla | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sunflower seeds | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Sesame seeds | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Wheat germ | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Mix honey, oil, eggs, carob syrup, salt, and vanilla.
Stir in flour and mix well.
Drop by the teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches between.
Mix seeds and wheat germ and sprinkle over each cookie.
Bake in preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on rack and store in an airtight container.
