Carob Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Carob chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 1/3-2/3 cup half and half, milk, or coffee | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine carob, salt, and liquid.
Heat to boiling and simmer gently, stirring, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Serve hot or cold.
