Ingredients

 1/2 cup butter OR oil
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Carob powder1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whole wheat flour2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk powder2 Tablespoon
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Sunflower seeds2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Roasted peanuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Cream the butter (or oil) and honey; beat in the eggs, salt, and vanilla.
Stir together the carob powder, whole wheat flour, milk powder, and baking powder; blend into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the sunflower seeds and peanuts. Turn into an oiled baking pan; bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
