Carob Cookies Recipe

1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup powdered carob
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup granulated fructose
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine flour, carob, baking soda, and salt in mixing bowl, In another mixing bowl, cream margarine and fructose.
Next, beat in egg and vanilla extract.
Then gradually beat in flour mixture.
Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
