Carob Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup mixed peanut and safflower oils | ||
| 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar | ||

| 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk powder | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pure vanilla extract | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 cups wheat germ flour or whole wheat flour with wheat germ | ||
| 1 cup cara-coa nuggets | ||
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix together the oils, sugar, eggs, dry milk, salt, and vanilla.
3. Combine the baking powder, flour, and cara-coa nuggets. Stir into the batter. Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto a buttered baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.
