Carob Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup granulated fructose
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened carob minichips
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in mixing bowl.
In another mixing bowl, cream margarine and fructose; then beat in egg and vanilla extract.
Gradually beat flour mixture into creamed mixture Stir in carob chips.
Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
