Ingredients

 Angel food cake mix package1
 Fluffy White Icing
 Red decorating sugar
 Large marshmallows
 Light cream
 Green coconut
 Chocolate coated animal crackers
 Birthday candles

Directions

Bake angel food cake in tube pan as directed on package.
Cool and remove from pan.
Put upside down on serving plate.
Ice cake thickly and smoothly with Fluffy White Icing.
Mark icing with the blade of a knife to make 8 or 10 equal sections.
Sprinkle alternate sections with red sugar.
Dip marshmallows in light cream (one marshmallow for each candle you want to put on the cake).
Shake to remove excess cream and roll in green coconut.
Put a birthday candle in each and place in position on top of cake.
Add an animal cracker standing with its front feet up on each marshmallow and more around bottom of cake if desired.
