Directions for preparation:
• Boil the meat in a pot with a lid on it.
• Put the onions in the pot along with the meat.
• Add the saltines, oregano, cumin, garlic, chili powder in the pot.
• Brig to a boil and cook with a lid on it for 2 hours.
• Remove the piece of meat from the pot and cube it.
• Grill the pieces on a grill or an oven. (At 375-425 F)

I don't know if this is a great recipe or not, but few recipe videos are as entertaining as this one. I do wish he had shown the proper way to crisp the meat on the grill. ALL the recipes I found call for doing it in the oven. I'd like to see it done on the grill. I think I could copy that. Monkey see, ...
