Carne Asada Recipe
Ingredients
| Steaks | 4 | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Colby cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Monterey jack cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 1/2 cup Lauri's Salsa de Cilantro r other low-carb salsa | ||
Directions
1. Place steaks in utility dish; pierce with fork. Sprinkle both sides of steaks with lime juice, rubbing into surface. Cover and refrigerate while preparing coals.
2. Place steaks on grill over medium coals. Grill steaks 7 to 9 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
3. Trim excess fat from steaks; carve steaks into slices.
4. Toss meat with cheese. Serve with salsa.
