Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Evaporated milk2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Granulated Sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Miniature marshmallows2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chocolate morsels1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pecans and walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon

Directions

COMBINE butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
STIR in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into foil-lined 8-inch-square baking pan; chill until firm.
FOR MILK CHOCOLATE UDGE:SUBSTITUTE 2 cups (11.5-ounce package) Milk Chocolate Morsels for Semi-Sweet Morsels.
FOR BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE:SUBSTITUTE 1 2/3 cups (11-ounce package) Butterscotch Flavored Morsels for Semi-Sweet Morsels.
FOR MINT CHOCOLATE FUDGE:SUBSTITUTE 1 1/2 cups (10-ounce package) Mint-Chocolate Morsels for Semi-Sweet Morsels.
