Carmichael's Corn Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can cream-style corn | ||
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 3 small white potatoes, diced | ||
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, diced | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt, pepper to taste | ||
| 1/2 cup cream or top milk | ||
Directions
Precook diced potatoes.
Add to corn, tomatoes, pepper, onion, and seasoning.
Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
Leave in refrigerator overnight.
When reheating for serving, add 1/2 cup of cream or top milk.
