Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, combine water and sugar.
2 Add in the cashews and allow to caramelize on low heat.
3 Stir constantly and add the salt.
4 When the cashews start caramelizing add the butter and bacon fat, allow the sauce to thicken.
5 Remove from the heat and layer the cashews on a parchment lined tray.
6 Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator.

SERVING
7 Serve it as an appetizer for parties, also makes perfect bar food.
