Directions

Preparation:
In a medium size sauce pan heat sugar and water until liquid form. Remove from heat and let cool.
Add cream, milk, Dulche de leche, Kahlua, salt, cinnamon stick and coffee beans. Mix thoroughly.
Put egg yolks into a large bowl. Slowly whisk in liquid to egg yolks.

Pour into 6 oz molds and place in a pan with a 2” side.
Pour water in pan to cover ¾ of molds. Water bath will help brulee custard cook evenly.
Bake at 280 degree oven until set, approximately 45 - 50 minutes.

Garnish with mint, coffee beans and your favorite cookie.

wow, sounds like a great Crème brûlée recipe. Caramel/Dulce de leche and Kahlua is an interesting touch! Coffee-caramel-rich flavour-sounds yummy. Shanti/Mary-Anne
