Carita'S Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
|Sugar||2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Pint|
|Evaporated milk||1 Can (10oz)|
|1 tablespoon flour Milk|
In large bowl of electric mixer, beat eggs until very light and thick. Continue beating and add remaining ingredients, one at a time, except milk. Pour mixture into freezer can; then add milk up to the fill line. Assemble into freezer container; pack with ice and salt according to manufacturer's directions, and freeze. Recipe may be halved to make 2 quarts; make 1 1/2 times for a 6-quart freezer. *Use vanilla to taste, but in general, the smaller amount if you use real vanilla extract, the larger amount for imitation vanilla. Don't forget that freezing dilutes the taste.
