Directions for preparation:

• Put the pork strips in a zip lock bag and marinate it with olive oil and Caribbean jerk seasonings.
• Place them on the grill and grill them till they have a nice crispy crust.
• Peel the bananas and arrange them in a plate.
• Sprinkle some cinnamon and brown sugar on them. Give a liberal dash of rum.
• Bake them in the oven, till they are done.
• Arrange the cooked yellow rice and beans on a plate and garnish with some chopped green onions.
• Top the beans with some sour cream.
• Serve the pork with the rice and beans with the bananas for dessert.
