Caribbean Avocado Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe avocados | 2 | |
| Oil | 45 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 22 Milliliter | |
| Soft brown sugar | 5 Milliliter | |
| Rum | 22 Milliliter | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
1 Split the avocados lengthways and remove the stones (seeds).
Blend the oil, lemonjuice, seasoning and sugar together and pour a little over each avocado.
2 Chill in the refrigerator and, just before serving, arrange each avocado half on a lettuce leaf, sprinkle over a little rum and garnish with a twist of lemon.
