Classic Caribbean Hot Pepper Sauce Recipe Video

Ingredients
| Minced garlic | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hot pepper | 6 (Of Your Choice) | |
| Lime | 1 , juiced | |
| Allspice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Mace | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Coarse salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 3 Cup (48 tbs) |
Directions
1. Combine garlic, onion, hot pepper and lime to a blender.
2. Add allspice, thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon,mace, black pepper, salt, and vinegar to the blender.
3. Blend them properly.
4. Put the saucepan over medium heat.
5. Add the blended ingredients to the pan.
6. Bring them to boil for 5 minutes.
7. Simmer for an hour.
8. Store the sauce for a week in a sterile bottle.
9. Serve with all kind of meats.
