Caribbean Fish Tacos Recipe

| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (Tropical Salsa) | |
| Ground allspice | 1/2 Teaspoon (Tropical Salsa) | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (Tropical Salsa) | |
| Ground red pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (Tropical Salsa) | |
| Ground coriander | 1/4 Teaspoon (Tropical Salsa) | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon (Tropical Salsa) | |
| Dash of ground cloves | ||
| 1 1/2 pounds grouper fillets or other firm white fish fillets | ||
| Cooking spray | ||
| Flour tortillas | 12 (Tropical Salsa) | |
Directions
1. Prepare Tropical Salsa.
2. Combine sugar and next 9 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over both sides of fish. Cover and marinate 30 minutes.
3. Prepare grill.
4. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 9 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove fish from grill; break into bite-sized pieces.
5. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide fish evenly among tortillas. Spoon about 3 tablespoons Tropical Salsa over fish on each tortilla.
