Cardamom Honey Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
5-6 cups whole wheat flour or allpurpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp cardamom
Directions
Scald milk, and cool to lukewarm.
Pour into Bosch bowl, and add honey, cardamom and yeast.
Let yeast activate.
Add eggs, salt, and flour.
Knead for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let rise 1 hour.
Roll out into a large rectangle.
Spread with one third of the butter, fold over, and roll out again.
Repeat until all butter is used.
Roll out to 1/2inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place on greased baking sheets, and let rise for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake in a 375° F.oven for 20 minutes.
