Cardamom Honey Rolls Recipe

| Yeast | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat flour | 6 Cup (96 tbs) (or allpurpose flour) | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened | |
| Cardamom | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |

Directions
Pour into Bosch bowl, and add honey, cardamom and yeast.
Let yeast activate.
Add eggs, salt, and flour.
Knead for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let rise 1 hour.
Roll out into a large rectangle.
Spread with one third of the butter, fold over, and roll out again.
Repeat until all butter is used.
Roll out to 1/2inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place on greased baking sheets, and let rise for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake in a 375° F.oven for 20 minutes.
