Directions

MAKING
1. Place a thick bottomed saucepan on medium low heat, pour milk, throw cardamom pods, and bring it to a simmer, stirring continuously.
2. Remove pot from heat, and allow the cardamom to steep in milk for about 10 minutes.
3. Strain, and discard spices.
4. Pour milk in another pot, place it on medium heat and bring it back to simmer.
5. Add chocolate, and whisk until it dissolves.
6. Throw sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well. Allow it to simmer for 3 minutes. Stir constantly.

SERVING
7. Pour chocolate milk in glass, top it with a dollop of cream, sprinkle ground cardamom and serve.
