Ingredients

 Meat broth/Bouillon / meat stock5 Cup (80 tbs)
 Caraway seed2 Tablespoon
 Browned flour2 Tablespoon
 Melted butter2 Tablespoon
 Diced kielbasa/Salami1⁄2 Pound, cooked or smoked (Polish Sausage)
 Buttered croutons1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Rapidly simmer broth with caraway seed 15 minutes.
Strain and discard seed.
Blend flour into butter until smooth.
Return broth to saucepan.
Stir in flour mixture and sausage.
Bring just to boiling, stirring.
Serve garnished with croutons and, if desired, sour cream.
