 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon
 Milk1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

 Shredded cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Caraway seed1/4 Teaspoon
 2 16-ounce cans whole green beans, heated and drained or 2 10-ounce packages frozen whole green beans, cooked and drained

Directions

In a saucepan blend sour cream into flour.
Stir in milk, onion, salt, and pepper.
Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture bubbles.
Add cheese and caraway seed; heat and stir till cheese is melted.
Pour sauce over hot cooked beans.
