Caraway Corn Crackers Recipe

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 325 °F.
2 cups white corn meal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raw peanut flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup boiling water, or enough to bind batter
Directions
Combine dry ingredients Stir in oil gradually.
Add boiling water slowly and mix batter thoroughly.
Place batter by teaspoonfuls on unoiled baking sheet.
With spatula or fingers, shape into flat circles about 1 inches in diameter.
Bake in preheated oven about 20 minutes.
Remove from sheet and cool on wire rack.
