Directions
1) In a bowl, mix the sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and caraway seeds together.
2) In a salad bowl, place the shredded cabbage, pour over the dressing and toss gently to coat.

3) Sprinkle a little paprika, if desired and serve immediately.
