Caraway Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Caraway seeds | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine cream cheese and wine in a medium bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add shredded cheese and caraway seeds to cream-cheese mixture.
Stir until combined.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Allow to soften at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes before using.
