Caraway Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients

| Caraway seed | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Melt the butter in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Add the cabbage, salt, and garlic.
Toss together.
Cover tightly and cook over low heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well to coat all the cabbage.
Heat through.
Serve immediately.
