Caramelized Shallots Recipe
Ingredients
| Extra virgin olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Shallots | 20 Small, halved | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the shallots and cook them for about 13 minutes, allowing them to brown without stirring too frequently.
2. Add the vinegar. Turn heat to high and bring to a rapid boil. Reduce heat to medium low and cook until the shallots are glazed. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the Pan-Roasted Rib-Eye Steak.
