Caramelized Potatoes Recipe
Caramelized Potatoes is my favourite because it is easy to cook and has amazing taste. The Caramelized Potatoes potatoes get a delicious taste from the melting butter, vinegar and pepper.

Ingredients
| 2 lb firm, waxy potatoes, cut into thick slices | ||

| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1 Ounce | |
Directions
Pour 1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) of hot water into the lower compartment of a microwave steamer and put the potatoes in the upper compartment.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes.
When the potatoes are cooked, season with salt and pepper and leave to stand, covered.
Put the sugar in a Pyrex bowl with 1/4 cup (3 tablespoons) of water.
Microwave for 61/2 minutes on HIGH.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water and then the vinegar, taking care to avoid splashing.
When the mixture has stopped bubbling, return the bowl to the oven and microwave for 1 further minute on HIGH.
Add the butter and let it melt, tilting the bowl gently.
